The Mini-Bakery Blueprint
If you are interested in setting up your own mini home bakery, we can show you exactly how we made ours. We started with a single domestic electric oven in our tiny kitchen, used supermarket flour and baked 15 loaves on our first Saturday. Because people love the smell of fresh bread, it practically sells itself and our business quickly grew.
For people who find themselves unexpectedly made redundant or unemployed, or for anyone seeking a change of career, our Mini-Bakery Blueprint offers a realistic taster of a way into a new trade, and becoming your own boss. The Blueprint includes full information on how to find a market for your bread (with a basket of fragrant hot bread under your arm, this is much easier than you might imagine); which are the best ovens to choose, essential equipment, set-up costs, food safety training, dealing with planning and environmental health issues, and of course a recipe or two!
We offer training sessions in which you will bake your own bread, just to show you how simple the process is and how much fun you can have.
